Investment & Payment Structure
We provide a detailed, custom quote for every project and believe in fair, competitive pricing for high-quality, original artwork. Our payment structure is designed to be clear and secure for both parties.
For Single Illustrations & Covers
(Our "Feature Illustration" & "Interior Illustration" Packages)
For these projects, we keep it simple and straightforward. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking and begin the creative work. The final 50% balance is due upon your final approval of the artwork, before the high-resolution files are delivered.
For Complete Books & Comics
(Our "Complete Book & Comic" Package)
Due to the long-term nature of these large projects, we use a milestone-based structure. The process begins with a $500 non-refundable Discovery & Booking Fee.

What this covers: This initial fee secures your spot in our schedule and covers our in-depth consultation, character design, and style exploration.

How it works: Once you approve the full project quote, this $500 payment is applied directly to your first project milestone (typically a 50% deposit on the total project cost).
The remaining project cost is then broken into manageable milestone payments, which will be clearly outlined in your custom contract.
