2. Roughs and Approval

We'll deliver a full concept sketch, character designs (if applicable), and color palettes for your approval. This is the road map for your project, and you'll have a key revision point here before any final work begins.

3. Creation & Delivery

This is where we bring the approved sketch to life in your chosen style and medium. Digital works are delivered as high-resolution files, and traditional pieces are carefully packaged for delivery.

4. On-Site Installation (For Murals)

For mural projects, this is the final step where we come to your location and bring the approved design to life on your wall, transforming your space with a hand-painted masterpiece.

Investment & Payment Structure

We provide a detailed, custom quote for every project and believe in fair, competitive pricing for high-quality, original artwork. Our payment structure is designed to be clear and secure for both parties.

For Single Commissions

For most personal and commercial illustrations, we keep it simple. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book your project and begin the creative work. The final 50% balance is due upon your final approval, before delivery.

For Large-Scale Murals

Due to the planning and materials involved, murals follow a milestone-based structure. The process begins with a Design & Materials Deposit. This covers our in-depth consultation, concept designs, and the sourcing of materials, and is applied to the total project cost. The remaining cost is then broken into clear milestone payments.
