1. Inquiry & Free Consultation (Day 1–2)
You reach out via our contact form, and we reply within 48 hours. We’ll chat about your space, your goals, key brand metaphors, and overall aesthetic. Based on wall dimensions and project scope, we provide a clear, transparent quote.
2. Design Phase & Rough Concepts (Week 1)
Once the 15% Design Fee is secured, we review your site details (in-person walkthrough or photos/measurements). We explore rough ideas together to lock in the artistic direction, then build full digital mockups. Because our prep work is digital, we can adjust colors and refine details quickly without wasting time or materials.
3. Final Approval & Production Prep
You receive the high-resolution digital proof showing exactly how the mural will look on your specific wall. Once you give final approval, the 35% Materials & Scheduling Deposit is due. This allows us to source paints, prep equipment, and lock in your installation dates.
4. On-Site Painting (1 Day – 2 Weeks)
We bring the vision to life on your wall. Depending on size, surface complexity, and detail level, application typically takes anywhere from a single day for small accent walls to two weeks for massive commercial installations. We keep the job site clean, professional, and minimally intrusive.
5. Final Walkthrough & Acceptance
We walk the finished piece together to make sure every line, color, and detail meets the Rabbit Trail standard. The remaining 50% Balance is due only upon your final walkthrough and complete approval.
